Starting January 2010 we are offering training on GiS BasePac Embroidery Software V. 6 and 7. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00PM EST. Classes will be about 1 ½ hours long.
1/20/2010 ~ GiS BasePac Embroidery Software V. 6 and 7. Creating fonts to be added to your library using True Type Fonts and editing existing fonts.
1/27/2010 ~ GiS BasePac Embroidery Software V. 6 and 7. Working with template's (monogramming multiple names with/without designs). Working with borders.
2/3/2010 ~ GiS BasePac Embroidery Software V. 7. Creating fonts from .bmp (New fonts could be created until now only based on TrueType fonts. Those fonts are converted automatically and need to be adjusted only at few points. Now the additional possibility to create Fonts from scratch is given. This can be based on a scanned image of a font. The created fonts are used identically to the fonts created from TrueType, so the fonts are scalable and can be used with shortest point connection. With this it is now possible to create fonts where no TrueType pattern exists.) to be added to your library using True Type Fonts.
2/10/2010 ~ GiS BasePac Embroidery Software V. 6 and 7. We will cover line (vector) drawing and converting to stitch data.
2/17/2010 ~ GiS BasePac Embroidery Software V. 6 and 7. We will cover punch mode ( manual stitches, pairwise input, center line input, input of outer contour, structured input and input of running lines).
