The new control element “T8” is fitted with modern and fast hardware technology and offers high ease of use.
It operates on the basis of Windows CE, which is safe and cannot be manipulated, and uses the nonwearing Flash memory technology with 7.2 mg. of stitch memory.
It includes a top-of-the-line 8,4 inch TFT color display with excellent high-contrast quality, USB connection, 100 Mbit Ethernet and a variety of other features.
Tubular system machines J
One of the main features of the J series is the universal use for the businesses border, tubular system and cap embroidery.
The machines in the J (junior) series are based on a lightweight design concept.
The advantages of this design principle over standard production machines lie in its shorter overall length (from 2.17 m), lower weight and the flexible installation permitted by castors on the machines. These allow it to be moved from one location to another without external assistance.
The machines can be converted from standard to tubular goods or caps simply by manually moving the work table.
Cap, tubular or regular embroidery, all applications are possible. Change-over time from regular embroidery to cap or tubular embroidery is simple and easy by just removing the table plates to a lower position. 15 (JAF) and 12 (JAFA) colour heads, big embroidery areas combined with a sewing speed of 1.000 stitches per minute are basis for economic success and versatility. All machines are equipped with automatic trimmers as well as top and bottom thread sensors.
